Zymosi Pty Ltd was formed in 2022 with the vision in mind of  supplying wholesale Probiotic cultures required in the manufacturing  beverages and food products.

Probiotics maybe defined as microbial food supplements with beneficial effects for the consumer. These can be found in food groups and these 'organisms' are known as lactic acid-producing bacteria and are used in  yogurt, fermented milks or other fermented foods.
